Product Introduction
Joyshine food packaging machine is a fully automatic vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) system integrated with a multi-head combination weigher. It is designed for accurately weighing and packaging snack foods, frozen vegetables, french fries, potato chips, nuts, and other granular or piece-type products.
The machine features a 10-head or 14-head combination weigher that uses load cell technology to achieve high-speed, high-accuracy weighing. The weigher dispenses the target weight into a formed film bag, which is then sealed and cut. The packaging process is fully automated from film unwinding to finished bag discharge.
The machine supports multiple bag types including pillow bags, gusseted bags, and quad-seal bags. It is compatible with various film materials such as laminated film, PE, and biodegradable films. The entire machine is constructed from food-grade SUS 304 stainless steel.

How It Works
Film Feeding
Packaging film roll is loaded and fed through the film transport system with automatic tension control.
Bag Forming
Film is formed into a tube around the forming collar and longitudinal seal is created.
Product Weighing
Multi-head weigher dispenses the target weight of product into the weigh hopper.
Filling & Sealing
Product is dropped into the formed bag, which is then sealed at top and bottom and cut.
Discharge
Finished bags are discharged onto an outfeed conveyor for accumulation and case packing.
