Product Introduction
Joyshine air drying machine is designed to efficiently remove surface water from washed vegetables, fruits, and packaged food products using a high-pressure air blow system. It is an essential step between washing and subsequent processing or packaging.
The machine features multiple sets of air knives positioned above and below the mesh belt conveyor. High-pressure air is blown through specially designed nozzles to create powerful air curtains that strip away surface water droplets. The air blowers are connected to the air knives through stainless steel ducts.
Constructed entirely from SUS 304 stainless steel, the air dryer is corrosion-resistant and suitable for wet food processing environments. The mesh belt is made of food-grade stainless steel wire or plastic depending on the product. Variable speed control allows adjusting drying time.

How It Works
Loading
Washed products are loaded onto the mesh belt conveyor at the machine inlet.
Primary Drying
Products pass through the first stage of air knives where most surface water is blown off.
Secondary Drying
Remaining moisture is removed by subsequent air knife sets from both top and bottom.
Warm Air (Optional)
If warm air option is installed, heated air provides enhanced drying for high-moisture products.
Discharge
Dried products exit the machine with minimal surface water, ready for packaging or further processing.
