Product Introduction
Joyshine IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) machine is an industrial-grade freezing tunnel designed to rapidly freeze individual pieces of vegetables, fruits, seafood, and prepared food products. The fluidized bed technology ensures each piece is frozen separately without sticking together.
The machine uses a multi-section belt system with powerful refrigeration coils and high-velocity air circulation. Products are carried on a perforated stainless steel belt where cold air is blown from underneath, creating a fluidized state where products float on a cushion of cold air. This achieves extremely fast freezing while keeping pieces separate.
The freezing tunnel is constructed with insulated double-wall panels and premium insulation material to minimize cold loss. The entire interior including belts, frames, and air ducts is made of SUS 304 stainless steel for food safety and corrosion resistance in the cold environment.

How It Works
Product Infeed
Pre-cooled and surface-dried products are evenly distributed onto the infeed conveyor belt.
Surface Freezing
Products enter the first freezing zone where rapid surface freezing creates a hard shell that prevents sticking.
Fluidized Freezing
In the main freezing zone, high-velocity cold air fluidizes the product for individual quick freezing.
Deep Freezing
Products pass through additional freezing zones to reach the core temperature of -18°C.
Discharge
Fully frozen individual pieces exit the tunnel at -18°C, ready for packaging and cold storage.
